The Southeastern Center for Contemporary Arts (SECCA) will re-open their facilities after extensive renovations. The band will be part of the kick off celebration and admission is free! Turbo will be doing a four day banjo residency (March 29-April 1) through the Mountain Arts program via the Ashe Arts Council. The workshop is titled "The Banjo: From Africa to Appalachia and Beyond" and will include some performances as well.

All proceeds will go to benefit SOIL (Sustainable Organic Integrated Livelihoods). SOIL has been on the ground working directly with the people of Haiti for quite some time.
